New Development of High End Offices
Burlington Real Estate (BREL) was instructed in February 2016 to appoint and manage a design team to deliver planning permission for a high quality Grade A office development along the high profile location of Baggot Street, Dublin 4. The context of the site included a commercial element made up of a 6 to 8 storey office building with ground floor retail and the residential element of Durrow Mews, a 3 storey apartment building with undercroft car parking, accessed from Fleming Place.
The design concept faced strict zoning limitations which included site coverage restrictions and knitting the neighboring new development of Baggot Plaza to the east of the site with the protected structures to the west. In October 2016 a full grant of planning permission was achieved on the site for the new development.
