Three-storey building
Project Overview

74/75 Patrick Street is a mid-terrace five-bay three-storey building, with an attic level, dating from 1870-1880. It is currently in use as a retail outlet with the shop floor on ground floor, storage, office and staff area on first floor and storage on second floor; the attic level is currently unused. It is accessed through a full width ground floor glazed shopfront on St Patricks Street, dating from c. 1990, and shares an enclosed rear escape laneway with the adjoining buildings which leads to Careys Lane. The upper floors are served by a single stairway from ground to first which in turn leads to another single stairway from first floor to the other levels. There is a rear annex at second floor level which contains storage and staff areas and this is accessed via another from first floor stairs
