The Central Hotel Chambers is a four storey office building over basement with a part ground floor restaurant unit. Constructed in the 1950’s and located within Dublin’s CBD, the management of the building was taken over by BREL in August 2015.
The BREL Development teams role in this process was to devise an asset management strategy, , secure landlord backing and finance, assemble a design team , manage the development works and appoint letting agents.
Beginning in May 2016, phase one has now been completed which saw the complete refurbishment of the first floor, half of the second floor and the reception area in order to achieve a quality office building. The lift cars were also upgraded and all of the windows throughout the building were replaced in this stage of the project. The new first floor space was let prior to the works being completed
Phase two is now in the early stages of design. This will see the complete reconstruction and refurbishment of the basement into a high-end restaurant. More details of the project can be found under the CHC Case Study section of the website.
