The Central Hotel Chambers
Refurbishment of 1950’s Office Block
The Central Hotel Chambers is a four-storey office building over basement with a part ground and basement restaurant unit. Constructed in the 1950’s and located within Dublin’s CBD, the management of the building was taken over by BREL in August 2015.
The BREL Development team devised an asset management strategy, secured landlord backing and finance, assembled a design team and managed the development works on a phased basis.
Phase one of the refurbishment works began in May 2016, which saw the complete refurbishment of the first floor, half of the second floor and the reception area in order to achieve a modern quality office building. The common areas including lift, stair cores and landings were also upgraded along with all the windows throughout the building
Phase two was completed in 2018. This comprised the complete reconstruction and refurbishment of the basement into a high-end restaurant, along with the refurbishment of the 4th floor of the property.
